Many women move through the day in a constant state of response: managing, anticipating, and caring for others, while their own basic needs are pushed aside. Over time, this begins to feel like survival mode: functional, but depleted.
The Spring Reset is an opportunity to step out of that pattern and return to a more sustainable way of living - one that supports both your well-being and your capacity to be present in your relationships.
At the heart of this reset is a practical shift in nutrition — supporting gut health as a foundation for mood, clarity, and energy. Inspired by Aviva Romm's book Hormone Intelligence, this is the beginning of a small group experience designed to support realistic, sustainable change.
Come to the kick-off event, learn more and decide if it's the right fit for you.
The full program is a guided mind and body experience for mothers, running April 27 through May 24. It includes weekly Zoom sessions, ongoing WhatsApp support, practical handouts, and a closing in-person gathering. The group will remain small to support depth and shared experience.
In this experience, you will:
• Recognize where you are operating from depletion or survival mode
• Reconnect with your body's basic needs, including nutrition and rest
• Understand how daily patterns affect both emotional and physical well-being
• Begin to support gut health through practical, manageable changes
• Shift toward more intentional, sustainable rhythms
