Spring Reset Kick-Off

A 4-Week Mind & Body Reset for Mothers

Many mothers find themselves operating in a near-constant state of “getting through the day.”

Managing responsibilities, responding to others, and pushing through fatigue becomes the baseline. Over time, this affects not only emotional well-being but also energy, clarity, and the ability to show up the way you want to - with your children and in your life.

This reset is designed to shift that pattern.

About the Kick-Off

If you missed the in-person kick off, watch this video to:

  • Understand the thinking behind the Spring Reset

  • Learn what the 4-week program includes

  • See whether it feels like the right fit for you

There is no commitment required. You can come, learn more, and decide afterward.

What the Reset Focuses On

This is a foundational reset.

Rather than trying to address everything at once, we focus on a small number of conditions that have a meaningful impact on how you feel and function every day:

  • Your nervous system (regulation, capacity, responsiveness)

  • Your body (through consistent, supportive nourishment)

Framework and Inspiration

This reset is informed by the work of Aviva Romm, whose work highlights how consistent nourishment, reducing common stressors on the body, and creating supportive routines can have a meaningful impact on energy, mood, and overall well-being.

This program adapts those principles into a structured, supported format designed for the realities of daily life as a mother.

The Role of the Gut in This Reset

There is a growing understanding of the connection between the gut and the brain. The gut plays a central role in how the body regulates energy, mood, and stress.

In my own experience, making these kinds of changes had a meaningful impact on symptoms I had previously accepted as “just part of life,” including hot flashes and migraines around my cycle. This is not something I present as a guarantee, but it is part of what informed the design of this reset.

During the reset, we will simplify how you eat in a way that supports your body rather than adding stress.

You will receive clear, practical guidance.
The focus will be on meaningful shifts that are realistic to implement in daily life.

Each week builds on the previous one:

  • Week 1: Stabilize & Prepare
Set up your environment, begin simplifying your food, and establish a steady baseline

  • Week 2: Simplify & Support
Reduce common stressors on the body and create more consistency in nourishment

  • Week 3: Restore & Rebuild
Support energy, digestion, and regulation as your system begins to stabilize

  • Week 4: Integrate & Personalize
Identify what works for your body and create a sustainable way forward

Each week also includes a simple focus to support consistency, because how you relate to the process matters as much as what you eat.

Who This Is For

This may be a good fit if:

  • You feel depleted, overwhelmed, or stretched thin

  • You notice yourself reacting more than you would like

  • You want more steady energy and clarity throughout the day

  • You are ready for structured support, not just ideas

  • You’re noticing patterns (energy, mood, or physical symptoms) that may be connected to stress, daily rhythm, or your cycle

This Is Designed to Feel Manageable

This is not a complicated or extreme protocol.

We will simplify how you eat for a period of time, with clear guidance and support.

You are not expected to do everything perfectly.
You are not expected to change everything at once.

The focus is on a few meaningful shifts, introduced gradually, so that the changes can actually last.
