In this one-time workshop, you'll learn simple, practical tools to create a calmer, more predictable evening routine for your young child — one that supports emotional regulation, strengthens connection, and gives you back your evenings.

We’ll cover:

  • Why predictable routines reduce power struggles

  • How to build an evening rhythm that works for your family

  • What to do when your child resists or melts down at bedtime

  • How to stay calm and confident, even when the day has been hard

You’ll leave with a step-by-step plan, a printable bedtime chart, and gentle strategies you can start using that very night.
