I have two daughters, aged 2.5 and 5.5, and I often feel like there should be some kind of instruction manual for parents. The guidance provided by Maskit through the Parenting Lab really addresses that gap. It is engaging, practical, and offers useful tools for handling everyday challenges with kids. She also brings up topics that feel very relevant, things I am sure most parents deal with at some point.
For example, the topic of rewards and punishments really touched on something I am currently struggling with, and I appreciated the way Maskit approached it with clarity, empathy, and a down to earth perspective.

We’ve already seen some transformation. We set up systems around things that used to cause daily friction—like cleaning up after dinner and breakfast choices—and we’ve seen real changes in behavior. One small but powerful example: instead of arguing every morning about cereal, we brought it to a family meeting and agreed on two cereal days per week. No more conflict.
I’m more confident now, and this series helped me reflect on what I was already doing while offering new ideas that truly work. I’d strongly encourage anyone to join, whether you’re new to this or have already read a lot about parenting—the hands-on experience and practical tips make a real difference.
