The Middle School Life Lab is an experiential workshop that equips participants with critical social-emotional skills and executive functions—abilities that empower them to thrive academically, socially, and personally.

The small group format allows for experimentation and practice of different approaches and skills so that each participant can identify the right tools and strategies suitable for them.

Based on the needs of the participants, topics may include the following and more:

  • Techniques for self-awareness and emotional regulation.

  • Strategies for time management and organization.

  • Building empathy, communication, and collaboration.

  • Problem-solving and flexible thinking

  • Making and maintaining friendships

  • Conflict resolution

I’ve been meaning to reach out. [Daughter] LOVED your workshop! And, she really doesn’t love much other than anime, make-up, and her friends these days, so this is HUGE!!! Thank you!

Each week, we will explore one aspect of life and introduce strategies and tools for improving participants’ ability to approach challenges and seize opportunities in ways that align with their values and personality. Learners will also have opportunities to share and learn from their experience using skills outside of the group.

The workshop is an opportunity to learn skills to improve academic performance, strengthen relationships, increase confidence, and put your child on track for personal growth and lifelong success. Contact me to register or with any questions.
