I’m Maskit.
I am a mother of 4, a therapist, and an educator.
I decided to offer this workshop after hearing from many frustrated teens. They said they wanted to be ‘better people' but didn’t know how. They had many questions about relationships, about the way their brain makes them feel crazy sometimes, and about how to stay safe.
And yes, there are teens who want to put their phones down and do their work but feel they can’t.
This workshop is packed with facts, solutions, and practical tools to help you better understand yourself, take control, and become who you want to be.
See you there?
-
No. This is an educational workshop.
-
Yes and no… we learn better when we are on camera, and I want you to get the most out of this. So yes, during live workshops, everyone will be asked to have their camera on during live workshops. But you can share comments and ask Qs via private chat, so there is no need to speak, and I will never expose the identity of the person asking a Q or sharing a comment.
Also, none of the participants will be shown in the recordings.
-
During live workshops, you can utilize the private chat to share any questions or comments.
There will also be a form for you to submit questions outside of the lessons.

-
What happens in the Life Lab stays in the Life Lab.
I would only break this rule if I believe you are a danger to yourself or others.
-
Yes, you can. If you have any questions after watching the lesson, email me, and I will respond within 48 hours.
-
School is finally over and I know you have no interest in listening to me lecturing. I use online tools and activities to engage participants. This will be fun and helpful, I promise!
And if you decide it's not for you after the first lesson, I'll refund your payment.
