I’m Maskit.

I am a mother of 4, a therapist, and an educator.

I decided to offer this workshop after hearing from many frustrated teens. They said they wanted to be ‘better people' but didn’t know how. They had many questions about relationships, about the way their brain makes them feel crazy sometimes, and about how to stay safe.

And yes, there are teens who want to put their phones down and do their work but feel they can’t.

This workshop is packed with facts, solutions, and practical tools to help you better understand yourself, take control, and become who you want to be.

See you there?
